Dr. Harrington holds a BS in Mathematics from Spelman College, and a Master of Operations Research (MOR) and a PhD in Operations Research (OR) from North Carolina State University. She has over 15 years experience as an OR analyst with a record of exceptional performance. She is skilled at applying analytical techniques to analyze and improve business processes and systems and has vast experience serving as both a project manager and a lead analyst on a wide variety of projects. In her professional career, she has served as a mathematician at the National Security Agency (NSA), an Operations Research Analyst at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and a Research Analyst at the Center for Naval Analyses (CNA). In these positions, she engaged in a wide range of project experiences. She has continued to direct and provide technical expertise to projects secured by Delta Decisions.

As Co-founder and Managing Partner of Delta Decisions, she has successfully kept the company financially solvent. The duties of her role include oversight for finance and accounting, human resources (HR), information technology (IT), and facility security. She has handled the financial matters of the company at all levels from financial strategy to financial reporting to bookkeeping. She has established Delta Decisions as a credit worthy and financially responsible company by maintaining an impeccable record of meeting all financial obligations.
